Son Tells Dad to Check the Back Seat for a Special Birthday Surprise

Even the toughest man can get all giddy at the sight of a cute puppy!

Inah Garcia

Pet dogs can really put a smile of on our faces. Whenever we feel tired after a hard day’s work, our pets are our feel-good buddies. Whenever we are in some kind of danger, they are always there to rescue us, and the list goes on. This is why losing a pet is probably the hardest thing a family may have to go through. The bond formed between pets and owners is extraordinarily beautiful and just like humans, emotions are invested in such relationships.

The family of Philip Michaels lost their 15-year-old Maltese and his dad was totally heartbroken. So for his father’s birthday, Philip decided to get him a brand new pup. He went to the place where they first got their late maltese. Philip saw a cute little pup in the corner and as soon as he grabbed it, the dog wagged its tail and he was instantly reminded of their maltese; he knew he found the one.

In the video below, he captured his dad’s priceless first reaction to their new pup. And may we say that we didn’t expect such giddy, all cutesy response from the might-fierce aura of the dad? It was totally unexpected!

This just goes to show that even the toughest man can be touched by a cute little puppy. The dad looks as if he was truly delighted and we think he is going to have a blast on his birthday! What do you think? Let us know in the comment box below and share this post to your family and friends too!

Brave Man Swims with a Tiger at Marakapula Reserve in South Africa

How is this possible?

Mini Malabanan

Interacting with wild animals is equally exciting and terrifying at the same time. But I'm not sure where one would get courage and guts to actually swim with a massive tiger.

A volunteer at Marakapula Reserve in South Africa faced his fear and swam with a 9-month-old tiger named Caesar. In a video posted on Youtube, the zookeepers revealed that Caesar, who has a  medical condition, needs to undergo therapy to strengthen his legs. In order to do this, he does laps with a brave male volunteer.

The giant cat seems to be at ease with the volunteer as he splashes  water and plays with a ball in the swimming pool. When another volunteer standing beside the pool threw a plastic bottle, Caesar  eagerly reached for his new toy. By the looks of it, Caesar was definitely having fun in the water.

Towards the end of the video, I can’t help but get scared for the volunteer who held the tiger up as it paddled on water. Needless to say, he had already earned the predator’s trust as manifested in their special bond in the water.

Take a Look at What This School Made Their Students Wear to Prevent Cheating. Is this Fair?

These students in Manila have to wear these DIY devices to prevent them from cheating.

The average student will do just about anything to pass his exams. When studying just won’t cut it or he just refuses to study, he’ll resort to the dishonest way of getting the grade. In some places, teachers have to come up with drastic measures just to make sure the students won’t be tempted to look to others for the answers.

This school in Manila, Philippines did just that. The students at La Immaculada Concepcion School made their students wear this DIY anti-cheating device, which looks like two pieces of cardboard held together by a strap to wrap around a student’s head. It was reported that a student from the school took this photo of a class making use of the anti-cheating device while undergoing a test.

Try cheating wearing one of these.

Ann Moises

Men cheat and that's a given fact. They say it's in their nature---an irresistible force that drives them to check out other women.

Most women are loyal. Traditionally, and in some countries, they expect women to act like martyrs---someone who'd stay in a relationship despite being treated badly by their partners. Unlike men, it's not "normal" for women to cheat.

But the thing is, some women DO.
