Guy With Legendary Photoshop Skills Puts Himself Into Celebrity Photos

His self-portrait skills are just darn legendary!

Ah, the wonders of photo editing. With the time people spend in front of their computers, it’s always possible to learn a skill or two. This guy from Indonesia certainly made great use of his idle time and elevated his Photoshop skills to legendary levels!

So inserting yourself in celebrity photos is nothing new. But Syahril Ramadan takes it to another level with how he conceptualizes ideas and the way he “acts” on the photos. He certainly looks like he was actually IN the photo.

You gotta give it to the man. His self-portrait skill is just darn awesome.

Chillin’ with The Rock and the other cast of Jumanji 2 like a boss.

What I wouldn’t give to share shakes with Cristiano Ronaldo.

If I’m not mistaken, this is Rosie-Huntington Whiteley.

“See that face? Gorgeous, eh?”

Taking Aquaman’s place for the moment.

“Damn, Selena! I just cleaned the damn floor!”

“Care for a massage, my lady?”

“Of course you do.”

“Look guys, there’s the dude who smacked me in the face!”

“Babe, I’m bored.” “Sssssh. I’m busy. Later!”

"Hon, are you sure you can afford this?"

“He’s the man!”

“Sir, you missed a spot.”

What’s even more awesome is that the dude has his own website and you can actually contact him for photography services. Syahril Ramadan specializes in “surreal photography” and the photos on his gallery certainly attests to his talent.

According to the New York Film Academy, surrealist photography has come a long way. While Photoshop and other post-processing programs make it fairly easy to create surrealist photographs, back in the days of darkroom photography there were no computers to help you. All surrealist effects had to be either done in camera or in the darkroom – a feat that is not very easy to accomplish.

Syahril is, in his own words, “a novice photographer” and does retouching and graphic designing. He is from Batam, Kepulauan Riau and works as a freelance editor. He graduated from a vocational school in Batam. He taught himself Photoshop from 2011 and is still self-taught until now.
