Couple in Long Distance Relationship Created An Adorable Way To Keep Their Love Alive
Absence, they say, makes the heart grow fonder. While this quote may not be true for couples who couldn’t stand separation, there are really those who find ways to make their relationships work despite the distance.
Take it from Mikki Miller and her boyfriend Tyson Noël.
Mikki lives and works in Minnesota as a graphic designer while Tyson is in British Columbia, Canada. While she was visiting him for New Year, she secretly hid a briefcase full of love letters with specific instructions.
She told him about the hidden briefcase via text a few days after her visit:
Tyson was surprised to find a briefcase under his table.
When he opened it, he found several sealed envelopes in it.
The envelopes each had a special instruction.
We couldn’t help but adore Mikki for being creative and romantic at the same time. Sure, we’re curious to find out what’s inside the envelopes but at the end of the day, we understand it’s best to keep things private.
For now, we just have to be happy about the fact that yes, there are different ways to stay in touch and express affection to a far-flung loved one aside from WhatsApp messages and Facetime chats.
