Iraqi Minister Claims Ancient Aliens Built World’s First Airport 7,000 Years Ago
Iraq’s transport minister, Kazem Finjan, was at a press conference to announce the construction of an airport in Dhi Qar, southern Iraq, when he mentioned that back in 5,000 BC, a spacecraft launched at the very same spot to discover Pluto and the mythical planet of Nibiru.
The well-read Finjan started talking about aliens during a press conference.
According to the minister, what was once Mesopotamia was inhabited by the Sumerians, and they helped to develop this alien space station by visiting the aliens themselves.
Finjan said:
“The first airport that was established on planet earth was in this place. It was constructed 5,000 years before Christ. The particularity of this place is that it remains the safest for the landing and takeoff of aircraft, due to favourable weather conditions. When the Sumerians settled on this land, they were aware of this and have chosen specifically for their flights to other planets.”
Finjan says that the Sumerians settled on the land because it aided their space flights.
He goes on to say that he has found proof of these theories. I invite those who doubt to read the book of the great Sumerian historian Zecharia Sitchin, or the books of Samuel Kramer including one entitled ‘History begins at sumer’ which speaks of the first airport constructed on planet earth, and it is there at el Naciria.”

Could he be on to something? Or is he just as convinced as Giorgio A. Tsoukalos of Ancient Aliens fame? Who knows! Either way, it’s interesting that such a high profile individual would decide to go off tangent to further justify why the Dhi Qar airport should be built at such a favorable spot.
