This Guy’s Onion-Chopping Skill is Just Insane!

A lot of us struggle with chopping onions. We resort to wearing sunglasses or chopping as fast as we can in order to avoid the tears caused by the gas released when cutting onions.

We have mastered the art of fast-chopping onions but I don’t think we are going to be as good as this guy from India.

His method is a bit unorthodox, but he gets the job done splendidly. I mean, just look at this. But what’s even more impressive is that he didn’t cry!

It’s so mesmerizing you have to watch it over and over again. He turns the onion several times, chops it through very swift slices of the knife, slices and dices it until the onion explodes into tiny little pieces. I’m impressed! I bet the onions didn’t have the time to make him cry; he was chopping so fast. With a guy like this in your kitchen, who needs a blender for the onions?
