A teenager from Thailand recently attracted a lot of attention on social media after he posted photos of his online purchase. Apparently, the teen ordered a cheap iPhone from a seller over the internet. Much to his surprise, however, he ended up receiving something unexpected.

As you can see in the images below, he ordered a mobile device but got a coffee table instead!

What you see isn’t always what you get…

According to the youngster, he saw the item online and noticed that the smartphone was priced cheaper than usual so his interest was piqued. Other than that, the shipping fee was strangely expensive but he still went ahead and made the purchase.

You can just imagine his shock when the courier finally came knocking in his door to deliver the order.

His post went viral as several sites eventually shared his story.

Naturally, netizens couldn’t help but be amused, not only with the post itself but also with the table’s unique design.

Case in point, someone commented “I won’t even get mad if I get something like this.” Another agreed and said, “That looks like a pretty table. I definitely want one!”

Meanwhile, a netizen also pointed out that “He probably won’t be in this dilemma if he took the time to read the product description. I mean he’s trying to buy a phone, right?!”

Well that’s surely a good lesson for all of us. All of us who frequent online shopping sites should always get as much information about products before actually spending any money. That way, we won’t have to worry about having oversized phones later on!
