A Passenger Kicked Off Plane After He Sneezed And Joked ‘I Have Ebola’.
If you didn’t know, there are certain words you should never say on a plane. Even if you meant it as a joke, chances are you will either get kicked out, detained, or worst you’ll be facing a lawsuit.
An unidentified Black American passenger on a flight from the U.S. to Dominican Republic was reportedly sneezing and coughing then shouted, “I have Ebola!”. Soon, emergency personnels wearing blue Hazmat suits boarded the plane and detained the guy. They took him to the airport’s medical center in Punta Cana, even as he protested: “I ain’t from Africa”.
The other 255 passengers on the plane had to suffer through the consequences. They were forced to remain on board for two hours until the offender was cleared. A video of the incident was taken by one of the passengers on the Boeing 777 and it shows people standing up and ready to leave the plane, when a flight attendant informed the passengers to return back to their seats because a Hazmat team will come aboard due to a situation. The attendant also remarked that “after 30 years in the business” she is sure that “this man is an idiot”.
Fellow passengers are heard booing the man as he is escorted off the plane.
