30 Awesome Halloween Costume Ideas For Kids

With Halloween just around the corner, here are some costume ideas for you to consider!

Aside from Christmas, perhaps no other holiday can be as exciting for kids than Halloween. Besides, this is the time of the year when they get lots of free candies from their neighbors. Best of all, the occasion allows them to dress up as their favorite characters as they don colorful Halloween costumes.

If you’re a parent, I’m sure you know the joy and struggle of coming up with a costume idea for your child. Most of the time, your kid will tell you what he or she wants to be for Halloween but knowing, as they say, merely half the battle.

The next step of turning the idea into reality can take real work. You have three choices to get it done right. You may either purchase from a store or, if you have the time and creativity, simply create one from scratch. The third option, of course, is to customize a store-bought costume.

Check out the pictures below and we’ll share with you some of the most adorably awesome Halloween costume ideas for kids.

This boy has the blood of wizards.

If you’ve ever been to a circus, you’ll know juggling forms part of most of the performances. There are clowns juggling various objects, the knife thrower spinning a number of blades in the air, acrobats juggling each other, and even animals that have mastered the art of throwing and catching.

You Might Not Take A Selfie Ever Again After Watching This Terrifying Video

Apparently, she’s not alone when she took a selfie.

Being an avid fan of the horror/thriller movie genre, I believe I have seen it all. The plots of those movies usually revolve around evil possessions, poltergeists, maniacal psychopaths, zombies, mutations, vampires, werewolves, and zombies. The list does not end there of course.

Sometimes, when you watch those movies, you can already guess what's going to happen next. That’s exactly why great storytelling and acting are vital to a fan like me. The theme can be so old and worn-out, but given an excellent script and great direction, the film can be mind-blowing.

A good horror film knows how to play with the audience’s imagination. It knows how to use the score and the lighting to keep its viewers on the edge of their seats. It has to capture the viewer’s attention and make them relate to the characters. Every scene is like a song that gradually builds up until it reaches the climax. The story does not have to be lengthy---all it needs are the right elements to make you jump out of your seat or scream. Like this short film.

Extreme Longboard Racer Performs Scary 70 Mph Highway Ride

Zak Maytum’s epic 70mph highway ride on a longboard is both impressive and scary to watch.

The following video by Colorado-based longboard racer Zak Maytum definitely had me at the edge of my chair. The entertainment level is really high but at the same time, I couldn’t help but feel a bit worried about this safety.

Besides, the footage shows him riding his longboard in full speed while in the Boulder highway. What makes this interesting though is that he was speeding at about 70 miles per hour when the allowed limit on the highway was only 30 miles per hour.

And oh! Zak did the stunt wearing nothing but a flannel shirt, a pair of jeans, some gloves, and what appears to be a cap. It’s impressive but really scary. You'd think this guy had a death wish or something!
