Potato chips are probably everyone’s guilty pleasure. While chips may be unhealthy and unreasonably overpriced, these calorie-filled snacks are really fun to munch on when binge-watching some Netflix shows, doing a project, or simply relaxing with some friends. The bags are available in different tasty flavors so there’s always something for everyone to choose from. Plus they taste great when consumed side by side with cream cheese dip, a can of soda or even ice cream!

But did you know that you can make your own chips at home? All you will need is just a small pack of corn tortillas plus a few simple ingredients and you can cook up your own DIY versions of Fritos, Doritos, and Tostitos. Brady Klopfer shared these simple recipes over at WonderHowTo and they’re absolutely easy to make.

Here’s how you do it:

1. Hot Garlic Fritos

Step #1:

Cut the tortillas into small strips. Use a pizza cutter or a knife.

Cooking isn’t particularly my strong suit. That’s why I’m usually more than happy to let my wife do her thing in the kitchen. She’s a pretty decent cook and comes up with good stuff so I really wouldn’t want to ruin that.

As for me, I often take charge of the dishes and utensils, making sure that they are as squeaky clean as possible and ready to use for the next meal time.

Thanks to modern technology, the manual task of physically washing unclean dishes has become much easier. All you have to do is to load the plates, bowls, cups, and everything else on the appliance, and then wait for a few minutes.

A coconut is probably one of the best gifts nature has for man. All parts of the species have different purposes – from its leaves down to its roots. The fruit, which is botanically classified as a drupe rather than a nut, yields refreshing water that you can drink; husks that can be made into various household items; and the meat, which can be processed into milk, wine and the highly useful coconut oil.

Here's a simple, yet very helpful infographic from Mercola detailing the many benefits of the coconut tree and its fruit.
