Playful Dolphins Surfing the Australian Coast Looks so MAGICAL!

Dolphins are amazing creatures.

According to Wikipedia dolphins are considered to be among the most intelligent animals on Earth. They are also known to be highly sociable, often travelling in pods that consist of about a dozen or more dolphins.

If there’s one more thing that we know about dolphins, it’s that they are also playful. In fact, they love bodysurfing!

Wildlife film makers Jennene and Dave Riggs captured an incredible aerial footage showing a pod of bottlenose dolphins body surfing off Esperance, located along the coast of south Western Australia. These dolphins appear to be having the time of their lives as they swim and play in the turquoise waters.

“Such intelligent and playful animals – we have a lot to learn from their lifestyle!!” says Riggs.

I don’t know how to surf, but watching these dolphins makes me want to grab a surfboard and get in there myself!
