He Overheard Teens Making Fun of an Old Man’s House, So He Rallied 100 People to Help Out

Josh Cyganik heard two young boys mocking an old man’s house. He decided to do something about it.

Josh Cyganik, a railroad track inspector from Union Pacific, overheard two teenage boys making rude comments on the house of Leonard Bullock.

The two teens made fun of the the 75-year-old man’s house saying that the crappy house should just be burned down. Cyganik knew that Bullock heard what they said and the thoughtless remarks bothered him.

Determined to help the old man,  Cyganik posted a message on Facebook asking for volunteers to help him fix the house. His post has quickly gone viral amassing more than 6,000 shares.

On July 18, more than 95 volunteers coming from various places such as Washington, Texas, and California arrived to assist in the project. His fellow railroaders likewise showed up to help. Some strangers donated materials and dropped off food and drinks just to give their share. Even coffee chain Starbucks donated six gallons of iced tea and water for the workers.

In an interview with UPRR<, Cyganik said:

“Yeah, it was a random act of kindness, but to me it’s more about respect. I was raised to respect the people who came before you, to help others out who don’t have much. Leonard can now sit on his front porch for the rest of his years while feeling good about his home.”

Cyganik overheard teens saying: Look at this crappy house, they just need to burn it down!”

5-year-old Girl Hailed as Hero After Saving The Lives of Her Mom And Baby Brother.

Little girl saved the lives of her mom and baby brother after a car crash by calling for help.

Children are usually playful and carefree. Their young minds are mostly in search for one thing - fun. Apparently, kids have little surprises up their sleeves too and there is so much more to them than what we thought we know.

Five-year-old Lexi Shymanski just made herself a little hero and left everyone in awe after surprisingly saving the lives of her mother and 4-month-old baby brother. Angela Shymanski, her mother, was driving her kids home to Prince George, B.C. on June 8th after a vacation when she felt exhausted from driving. She thought of pulling over once she reached Jasper, Alberta but before Angela even got there, their SUV traveled down a 12-meter steep embankment and crashed into a tree.

Lexi is being hailed a hero after saving her mom and baby brother from a recent car crash.

The Story Of A Wise Man And His Ring Teaches Us A Great Lesson About “Self-Worth”

When you feel like all traces of self-confidence within have gone, know that your worth cannot be measured by what other people think or say.

Have you ever had that feeling when all the world is against you and you see your self-esteem decline dramatically by the minute? You slowly drift away and become so lost that not even an ounce of confidence is left to push you further. Yes, all of us have had those times. But if we think about it, a chunk of those negative thoughts are brought about by what other people say and think about us, and the way we take them. You see, when we let other people dictate what is correct, appropriate, and beautiful, we cannot live our lives the way we want it because we are forced to pattern our goals based on their standards.

While it is important for us to listen and lend an ear for advice, we should still remember that at the end of the day, our belief in ourselves will be the major driving force for us to succeed in life. In the short parable below, a wise man wanted to teach a young lad the best way to identify self-worth. After reading this, you will surely have tons of self-confidence to start that thing you've been wanting to do! Don't forget to thank us!

Heartwarming Video Shows Guy Proposing To Two Girls At The Same Time

That, we think, is the most respectful thing a man can do for his love!

Romantically loving someone who already has a child requires one to have a huge heart space as it entails not only being there for the partner but for the children as well. But even with or without children, couples should also involve each other's family and loved ones as they grow in the relationship, specifically when talking about marriage.

Isn't sweet when a man proposes, not only to the love of his life but to her loved ones as well? In this video we found, Derrick wanted to ask for his girlfriend Jessica's hand in marriage so he set up a perfectly romantic date: a gondola ride with all the works. Here's the majorly touching part: during the ride, he plans to propose not only to Jessica, but also to Gianna, Jessica's daughter.

Here is Derrick, all excited and giddy as he waits for the two girls he is going to propose to.
