‘Hobbit House’ In North Carolina Is The Closest Thing To A Fairytale Home

What’s inside is just breathtakingly awesome!

If you’re a fan of all things fairytale land-related, living in a castle in the middle of a forest would be a dream come true.

You may think that something like that only happens in stories you’ve read as a child.

But somewhere in Asheville, North Carolina, you can actually live in a castle surrounded by lush forests and beautiful scenery. When you see the house, you’ll think that it’s been taken out of a story book and into the real world.

This three-story castle-like house nicknamed “Hobbit House” is only 850 square feet but you’ll easily feel that you’re living in a fantasy world.

Situated about 4,000 ft. above sea level, this gorgeous home gives you a majestic view of nature.

Its nickname is only appropriate since it won’t be hard to imagine you are one of the characters of “The Lord of the Rings,” from which the house takes its inspiration. There are a total of two bedrooms in this cozy place; it also has a gas fireplace, and viewing decks on each bedroom.

The kitchen is awesome too.

Check out the living room with the fireplace.

The cabin-like interior design is so creative it’s hard not to fall in love with this place.

You can also find messages carved on walls just like this one found in the bedroom.

When you wake up in the morning, you’ll be greeted by nature. Thanks to this balcony located just outside the bedroom.

This second bedroom with bunk beds is perfect for the kids.

When you’re feeling down, just go up these stairs and read what’s written on them. It’ll remind you to relax and simply enjoy life.

There’s also a grilling area outside. This is just the perfect place for a getaway.

Fancy this house?

The Hobbit House can be rented for $251 per night.
