Getting adequate sleep is important not only for your physical well-being but for the quality of your life as a person. Can you imagine being productive at work or having good relationships if you’re always grumpy and sleepy?
The bad news is that reports tell us that more than 3 million people in the United States discover they have restless leg syndrome (RLS) each year. RLS, as the internet tells us, is “a neurological disorder characterized by throbbing, pulling, creeping, or other unpleasant sensations in the legs and an uncontrollable, and sometimes overwhelming, urge to move them.”
Needless to say, it can get in the way of enjoying a goodnight’s rest. Some of those who suffer from RLS even say they usually experience leg cramps in the middle of the night which, of course, leads to sleep deprivation.
According to YouTuber Hilma Volk, using a bar of soap can be an effective remedy for restless leg syndrome (RLS).
Although the fact of the matter is that there aren’t any known medical cures for RLS, there are ways to alleviate the problem. For example, the video below tells us it’s possible to use a bar of soap.
