We all basically grew up watching Disney princesses but have you ever heard about the Disney preggies? Well as you can see on the images below, a group of pregnant women did a beautiful photoshoot dressed up as our favorite Disney fairy-tale characters.
The photos turned out to be totally adorable and completely magical! As it appears, the pictures were taken by the husband-and-wife tandem of photographers Vic and Marie.
There’s magic at work…
In a Pop Sugar feature, we learn that the married couple “got their start after learning that they couldn’t have children of their own.” Marie, who longed to be a mother, thought that being a maternity and newborn photographer was “most likely the closest way that she could cuddle sweet little ones.”
After a year, the couple experienced an unexpected emotional hardship – they were about to suffer a miscarriage at 8 weeks. It took time for them to recover and afterwards, they decided they wanted to do something creative.
Vic and Marie eventually took inspiration from the new Beauty and the Beast movie.
They hoped to do a project “that captured the love between Belle and the Beast,” Pop Sugar reported.
As Marie shared:
“We wanted to go outside of that box, something no one had tried to do as of yet, and then it hit me, why not do all of the princesses in a group shot, expecting sweet little babies, and showing off their beautiful bump in a creative way?
“It was a fun project for me being a huge fan of classic stories and movies I grew up to and it was a fun project for Vic because it allowed him to do something he normally doesn’t get the chance to do often.”
Later on, the pair managed to gather a group of pregnant women and so they were able to turn their imagination into reality.
Check out the results below and prepare to be amazed:
According to Marie:
“We hope that expecting mamas that see these sweet photos of mommies in a completely different way than what is normally photographed and will give them the inspiration to want to hire a photographer to take some beautiful maternity photos!
“It’s such a sweet and beautiful moment in your life, a moment that not many can experience, and a moment that should be celebrated!”

Comics Artist Shows Us How Vastly Different Western and Chinese Cultures Are
Hilarious and interesting at the same time. Check out #5!
What first comes to mind when you hear about China? Some of us would likely think about the fantastic food, its famous Great Wall, or perhaps some of the not-so nice aspects of the country (such as blatant piracy of products).
Well whether you’ve been there or not, there’s no denying that Chinese culture is indeed vastly different compared with the western. We’ve all seen that in books, movies, and in the news. Or maybe you’ve even personally noticed some differences as you observed your Chinese classmates, co-workers, or neighbors.
One artist on Instagram is currently making waves online for accurately depicting the distinct cultural disparaties between China and the west.
Dad Creates Epic Artwork on Lunch Bags to Help Son Make Friends
The best dad ever!
When we were still kids, parents would make sure that we had everything we needed before going to school - one of which was our lunch bags. Dominick, a dad hailing from California, is among those parents who take pride in preparing lunch for their kids. But mind you, he does it in a very different way.
For over 4 years, Dominick has been drawing on his son’s brown paper lunch bags. And mind you, his drawings are a work of art. According to him, he has managed to decorate more or less 550 bags. It is really amazing how passionate and determined he is.
Although his son is already in middle school, Dominick still continues to prepare and decorate his lunch bags. There was even a time when he decorated all lunch bags for his son’s soccer games when it was their turn to prepare snacks. For other people, breakfast might be the most important meal of a day but for Dominick, it is, without a doubt, lunch!
