These Viral Instagram Workout Videos Are Insane and Have Gone Too Far

Regular exercise can provide you with many health benefits, both physically and mentally. It can help you lose weight, improve your mood, improve brain function, and even reduce your risk of chronic diseases.

But as the old saying goes, “too much of a good thing can be a bad thing”. Too much workout can have serious consequences for your body and brain too. Over-exerting yourself can lead to exercise addiction, and worse, muscle and organ injuries.

However, for some people, this is not the case. Just take a look at these guys, for example. On Twitter, one user by the name of @callmeshitto posted a supercut video of these guys doing – well for a lack of a better description – absolutely insane workouts.

One guy is doing crunches underwater. The other is lifting weights while getting punched and kicked in the stomach. The last dude is doing crunches while getting hit by exercise balls. That same fella even sprint-run towards the treadmill while his pals hold him back with a resistance band!

What the heck?

Even other Twitter users are quick to react even if they don’t have the slightest clue what is actually going on.

We later found out that this video is a cut of two clips from Instagram workout influencer Devon Lévesque, whose unusual workout videos are as mind-blowing as the supercut video.

Here’s one where he skitters on all fours in a treadmill.

And here’s another where the Instagram trainer flies like an eagle ready to pounce on his prey.

Even his gym buff buds love to be a part of his acrobatic, circus-like exercises.
