Make-up is a glorified item for cosmetics guru we often found on the feeds of our social media like Facebook and Youtube. Make-up lovers grieve as soon as they saw this photo online. A child destroyed $1,300 worth of make-up in Sephora.

Kids will be kids! We all know that children can be naughty when left unsupervised by their parents. The child who has done this probably got attracted to the colorful palettes on the sampler. Who wouldn’t right?

The damage that the kid left will surely make some ladies cry.

Makeup artist Brittney Nelson snapped the photo of 52 ruined Make Up For Ever eyeshadow testers at a Sephora store in Augusta, Georgia and took it upon herself to stand up for the rights of partially used makeup in a now-viral Facebook post.

All moms can relate to the mom of the kid responsible for this.

“$1300 of Make Up Forever eyeshadow destroyed at Sephora tonight due to a small child. I’m sure he/she thought they were like finger paints and had no idea how naughty they were being. Tons of destroyed product and pissed Sephora cast members are a not a happy place to be. Mammas, please shop for your makeup without your tiny humans. It’s not fun for you…or them…or the expensive product. Anna Heath and I about passed out when we saw this atrocity. Being me, I’ve needed to bring Allie into many makeup stores as she’s grown and had a strict ‘hands in pockets’ rule for her and a strict 10-minute rule for me. It was very helpful so if you must take your kiddos makeup shopping I suggest trying it.”

Some netizens are quick to put the blame on the mom who left her kid wandering inside the stall and commit this crime. Others provide unsolicited advice of not coming to make-up stores at all with a child.

Meanwhile, other moms came to the defense of the mom and said that children can be handful sometimes. A lot can happen in a second that you took your eyes off a child.
