Young student parents constantly struggle to keep their life balance. With the demands of school and child care, it is nearly impossible to juggle these two important roles. One of the biggest challenge is to find a trustworthy babysitter, and when there is no one else to take care of their child, the only option is to bring the kid to class.

This is what exactly happened to a young mother who brought her child to Professor Sydney Engelberg’s organizational behavior class in Hebrew University. When her child started crying in the middle of the class, Professor Engelberg carried the baby and served as the nanny as he conducted the lecture. Instead of reprimanding the young mother for disturbing the class or bringing the child, he did the most unexpected thing.

When her student’s child started bawling in class, Sydney Engelberg carried the child and served as the nanny too.

According to Engelberg’s daughter, Sarit Fishbaune, her 67-year-old father understands very well what these young parents taking masters class go through.

She posted the photos of his father in action and has since gone viral.

“There’s a lot of young moms and a lot of them have babies, and he encourages them to just bring their babies to class.”

Although Engelberg’s wife, Fredi Siskind was shocked of the news, saying her husband even received ‘love letters,’ Fishbaine said that her dad thinks it was no big deal and that he just did what he had to do to show kindness in the given situation.

“The was he sees the concept of getting education is not only learning the dry facts that you need to learn in class, but also learning values And that’s the very important message that my dad wants to endow to the world,” Fishbaine closed
