It’s Hard to Resist Popping These Deliciously Disgusting Pimple Cupcakes

Are you one of those people who have that overwhelming urge to pop your own pimples, zits, and blackheads? Perhaps you’d rather watch one of Dr. Pimple Popper’s intriguingly gross pimple-bursting videos? Or maybe you just like all things ooey, gooey, and gross like these unsettlingly realistic pimple cupcakes.

California bakers at Blessed by Baking have created these pimple cupcakes, which were inspired by Dr. Sandra Lee, aka Dr. Pimple Popper. And they don’t just look like pimples, they also feel like pimples that you can squeeze and pop yourself!

They’re just so tempting to squeeze!

The pimple cupcakes are made with a light brown fondant “skin” with some reddish splotches around the actual opening of the pimple. And of course, with each squeeze a little bit of yellow custard comes out, giving you the satisfaction that comes with squeezing the pus out of a giant pimple. We just have to say, they’ve definitely outdone themselves with how realistic they’ve made these cupcakes!

Cupcakes to cater to your pimple-popping urges.

Of course, these talented bakers just had to send over a batch to Dr. Pimple Popper herself. Dr. Sandra Lee sampled these cupcakes, and she claims that they’re actually good. She goes as far as to upload pictures and the video of her excitedly squeezing the pimple cupcakes with the caption, “How can something so pus-like taste so good?!” And as expected, this set off a huge explosion of comments, from disgusted to delighted.

Would you dare to taste these cupcakes?

Blessed by Baking also creates all sorts of pretty normal cupcakes for birthdays and events. In fact, despite the pimple cupcakes launching them to internet fame, majority of their baked goods are actually too lovely to eat! But of course, nothing beats the novelty of their pimple cupcakes!

Even if you know they’re actually edible, and even yummy, do you think you can eat these pimple cupcakes?
