Girl Gets iPhone-shaped Scar After Its Case Released ‘Toxic’ Liquid

Who thought that a cute cellphone case can do more harm than good?

Most people use cell phone cases to protect their mobile device. Unfortunately, some cases can in fact be harmful. Take for example, Olivia Retter, a 9-year-old, who now has a scar in the shape of an iPhone because its case released ‘toxic’ liquid.

Olivia fell asleep on top of her cell phone with the cell phone case on it. She woke up in the middle of the night because of the pain on her leg.

Truth is, Olivia was not allowed by her parents from bringing her cell phone in her bedroom at night, but she slipped it in and brought it to her bed. She slept with it touching her leg. When Olivia complained to her mom, Karly, about the pain on her leg, Karly was surprised with what she saw.

Olivia’s leg was burned in the shape of the phone.

They discovered that the cell phone case caused the burn and not the phone’s battery. The case had some kind of liquid and glitter and is decorated with rainbows and unicorns. There was no crack on the case, but the chemicals leaked out nonetheless and now Olivia is scarred for life. Karly was in shock imagining if it had leaked on Olivia’s face!

Please share this as much as possible this case is full of acid and if it cracks it will cause 3rd-2nd degree burns this…

Karly’s post on Facebook immediately went viral. She warned about the hazards of this type of cellphone case which is stuffed with acid that causes burns when it cracks. Fortunately, Karly’s message effectively got rid of this particular type of cell phone case from store shelves.

Saudi Arabia Might Be Bankrupt by Year 2020 According to IMF

Saudi Arabia might be facing an impending economic crash soon.

Middle Eastern countries such as UAE and Saudi Arabia have built their fortunes on their 'black gold' or oil. The surge in oil demands and prices in previous decades have enabled these countries to enjoy such luxury. It is quite difficult to imagine an oil-rich country like Saudi Arabia will ever go bankrupt right?

But reports and statements from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) reveals that the country might face a big fiscal crisis within the next 5 years. The national GDP may not keep up with its expenditures if current economic trends and government expenditures continue. IMF warns that the Saudi Arabian government might have to cut back on its spending and review its policies regarding its oil products.
