Many people think that losing weight is an easy thing to do as long as you give it a try. Truth is, it is not. It is both difficult mentally and physically, and it will really demand a good amount of pressure from you. A Chinese family, however, has a found a way to make shedding pounds a walk in the park.
They basically did it together for six months, and they really achieved a great transformation within that period. It was Jesse’s, who is a photographer, idea to do the task together and support each other. He even persuaded his father to run alongside with him every day. And it had a positive impact, as his father started to lose passion for life due to his alcohol addiction and beer belly.
The whole family gave up their unhealthy lifestyle and started losing weight together.
The two started fast-walking and eventually gave in to jogging. Adding more exercise routines each day, the pair decided to go to the gym. During the whole process, Jesse kept track of their bodies’ measures every 10 days. And this program did not just stick out to the two. His mother and wife also kept a healthy lifestyle thereafter.
Jesse claims that ever since that day, his family has vowed to stick to the fitness regime. He admitted that the most rewarding result was to see his father increase in confidence.
