This woman’s speech is slurred and her eyes are barely open. The contents of the paper bag in her hand are fairly simple to deduce. This woman staggers around on Hollywood Boulevard, asking passers-by for directions to a bus stop so she can get home safely. The way in which she was treated is appalling, but sadly not surprising.
