Waking Up Between 3 to 5 AM Could Mean You’re Experiencing Spiritual Awakening

Do you always wake up during the "Witching Hour"?

A lot of people wake up at the same time every night without paying much attention to it. But did you know this could be your body’s way and a Higher Power’s way of communicating with you?

Traditional Chinese medicine uses energy meridians for acupuncture and acupressure. These energy meridians are connected to a clock system that, according to ancient Chinese medicine, energizes different parts of the body. So depending on the time you wake up at night, your body could be experiencing certain sensations and is communicating certain physical and emotional problems to you.
