Vegan Mom Claims Drinking Sperm Smoothies Protects Her Against Coronavirus

It's an immune system booster and it's great for the skin, she says.

  • Tracy Kiss drinks smoothies with a teaspoonful of sperm to boost her immune system and fight Covid-19.
  • The mother of two has been consuming this unusual concoction three to five times weekly for over three years now.
  • Kiss, a qualified nutritional adviser and personal trainer, affirms she has not contracted colds or flu since then.
  • This health blogger urges people to drink semen to stay healthy during this coronavirus pandemic.

Tracy Kiss, 32, advocates drinking sperm smoothies daily in order to stay healthy during this Covid-19 pandemic. On Instagram, she described the mixture as “nature’s very own free multivitamins,” asserting it could help combat the early symptoms of the virus.

According to her, however, it’s not for everyone, but semen is rich in vitamin C, calcium, and magnesium that’s why it could boost a person’s immune system. The qualified nutritional adviser and personal trainer says she has not been ill since since 2017 because of it.

“I found a free and vegan-friendly alternative method to boost the body’s immune system. You don’t always know what is in pharmaceutical medicine – it is much better for the body to drink something that doesn’t contain chemicals,” she said.

“I’m thrilled to see the world wearing face masks to prevent the spread of coronavirus and allow those already sick to receive the vital treatment they need. So let’s switch our mindset to PREVENTING our chance of catching any illness, including covid19, by being as healthy and strong as possible because good defence starts from within! “

Kiss, a mother of two, either mixes semen with fresh fruits, seeds, coconut or almond milk to disguise its taste. Sometimes, she adds it to cold cereals or even drinks it neat.

This vegan mom from Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire says its best to drink the beverage “as close to production as possible” to reap the most of its benefits and nutrients. The quantity depends on how hydrated her boyfriend is on the day.

Her boyfriend of two years provides her with the shots. However, since they are in a long-distance relationship, she puts it in an ice cube tray and stores it in the freezer.

However, Kiss said you can also just ask a healthy male friend to donate if you don’t have a boyfriend.

According to the health blogger, the smoothie is similar to drinking lemon water and honey when you have a sore throat.

Tracy Kiss leads an active, healthy lifestyle, and she believes her concoction has helped her have a strong immune system. Furthermore, she emphasized that the drink helps to provide more energy, improves mood, and promotes better sleep at night.

“I am strictly looking at this from a health perspective. I think a lot of people try new ways to boost their immune system when they start presenting symptoms but thatnos too late— you must make. immune system strong prior to an illness to ensure you can fight it off,” Kiss said.

Furtermore, Kiss uses semen as facial ointment. She adds egg whites and lavender oil to it, and leaves it on her face for about 15 minutes.

Kiss does this routine at least three times a week to clear up her skin.

I am going against society’s” norm” to educate and help other people who bare missing out on nutrients. I want to make a difference, which is why I’m sharing this home remedy,” she said.

In an interview with The Sun, Dr. Sarah Jarvis refutes this belief and finds it “worrying” as well.

She said, “There are hundreds of myths out there about how to protect yourself against Covid-19. Most of them are exactly just that—myths.”

The idea of drinking semen doesn’t have the slightest nugget of science behind it and is frankly extremely worrying,” she added.

Furthermore, the doctor said, “There is absolutely no benefit to drinking semen from one known ‘donor’ even when you know about their sexual history.”

Likewise, The World Health Organization, NHS, and the UK Government do not acknowledge Tracy Kiss’ claims.

In 2017, Tracy Kiss posted a video on YouTube the first time she consumed semen donated to her by a friend. Now this latest clip features her “stockpiling semen” during this pandemic.
