Most Riots, Fires, And Looting Are NOT Caused by George Floyd Protesters, Says Authorities

• Authorities are saying many of the reported violence in the United States are not caused by George Floyd protesters.
• Minnesota Governor Tim Walz even said that majority of them are not even from the state.

The death of 46-year-old African-American George Floyd has not only shocked the world but has sparked protests in several cities inside and outside the United States Unfortunately, some of these protests have resulted to acts of violence such as riots, fires, and looting.

How did things go out of hand and who are behind all these chaos? Well some actually believe it’s not even about George Floyd anymore.

Police officer Derek Chauvin, who kneeled on the victim’s neck until he died, has already been charged with third-degree murder and manslaughter.

Despite that, the civil unrest is getting worse and theories are now claiming that some groups are behind the escalation of the situation.

In Minnesota, for example, Governor Tim Waltz said in a media briefing that majority of protesters are not even from the state.

“Our best estimate right now that I heard is about 20%, is what we think are Minnesotans, and about 80% are (from) outside.”

Some tweets have also gone viral online, showing further evidence that some of the chaos aren’t caused by those protesting for justice.

Mike Griffin, for example, tweeted he’s “convinced that the fires are largely organized arson” by some “white guys.”

“Pallets of bricks” have also been found in protest areas “with no construction taking place.”

“Every single person we arrested last night,” said St Paul Mayor Melvin Carter, “was from out of state.”

As Marco Rubio, Acting Senate Intelligence Chairman, put it:

“Many of these professional agitators don’t fit a simple left vs right identity. They are part of a growing anti-government extremist movement. They hate law enforcement & want to tear the whole system down even if it requires a new civil war.”
