Man Tries The One Punch Man Workout Challenge And Shows Off Amazing Result

This man did One Punch Man's routine for 30 days - and the result is incredible!

Throughout the years, the internet has come up with a lot of different challenges. Some were funny, others were dangerous, but a lot of them were downright useless. However, there are also challenges that are very beneficial – such as this one called the One Punch Man workout challenge.

Losing weight may be easy for some but it’s definitely a struggle for many. Also, not all those who want to lose weight are obese. Some have average-type bodies but have issues in certain areas, just like Sean Seah.

Sean wasn’t exactly overweight, but he wasn’t very satisfied with how he looked like. After traveling for three months, the 38-year-old man from Singapore knew it’s about time to get back into shape.

Sean decided to take the One Punch Man workout challenge. He started out weighing 70 kg. and his results revealed that he had a body age of 40, two years older than his actual age. Although it’s not that bad, he had a high visceral fat rating.

So what exactly is the One Punch Man workout challenge? Well if you’re following the anime and manga series One Punch Man, you’ll certainly be familiar with the main protagonist Saitama.

Saitama has the superhuman ability to defeat any villain with a single punch, but he began his life as an ordinary salaryman before deciding that he wanted to be a hero.

In an iconic moment in the story, he revealed his super secret training plan that was so hard that he lost all his hair in the process. According to Saitama, he followed the workout plan for three years and he has since become the world’s strongest man.

Here are the things you should do every single day to complete the One Punch Man Workout challenge:

  • 100 Push-ups
  • 100 Sit-ups
  • 100 Squats
  • 10 km Run

Sean made this his daily routine for 30 days. However, he started at Level 5:

  • 50 push-ups
  • 50 sit-ups
  • 50 squats
  • 5km run

Sean already lost 2.8 kg and managed to reduce his visceral fat rating.

After hitting a plateau, Sean decided to do Level 7:

  • 70 push-ups
  • 70 sit-ups
  • 70 squats
  • 7km run

He then did Level 9 on Day 22, and finally, Level 10 on Day 23.

Sean finally finished the One Punch Man workout challenge a week later and the transformation is indeed incredible. Sean had not only lost 5 kg., he now has a body age of 36 and his visceral fat rating dropped to 8.5.

After completing the One Punch Man workout challenge, Sean said:

“So, what happens after 30 days? I decided that I will not be running every single day, I’ll be doing it three to four times a week instead, and I’ll be adding a gym routine into it.”

He then noted that he will be uploading videos of his progress.
