To achieve the look, one has to split the eyebrow hair in the middle using a glue stick (yep, you read that right – a glue stick). Then, using an eyebrow brush, the hair strands must be parted carefully to fan in opposite directions, resulting in a look that would resemble that of feathers in a quill.
Some people think that the brows look ridiculous, while others find it acceptable despite being a bit daring. Either way, this new trend may be something worth trying, or maybe not.
