An Avid Disney Fan Spends $14,000 to Transform herself into Real-Life Princesses

She's absolutely stunning.

Makeup transformation is a big thing today. With the use of a makeup, anyone can do a makeover of themselves to any of their favorite individual, whether it’s a real person or only a famous character.

But, of course, this comes with a big price. Sarah Ingle, a 25-year-old woman from Denver, Colorado spends a whopping $14,000 for costumes, wigs and more to look like a real-life Disney princess.

I absolutely love dressing up as all of the different princesses.

All in all, she now has 16 wigs, which are worth $2,100, and 17 outfits that now reach about $12,200.

It is also very time-consuming, the makeup transformation takes about three hours to finish – from copying the character’s trait to her mannerism and style.

It takes a lot of time to get into the outfits because they have lots of layers that tie up at the back. Then I have a different wig and makeup look for each princess.

Fortunately, Sarah has a full-time job to finance her hobby. She’s a marketing manager and also earns $140 an hour for performing as a Disney princess at children’s parties and community events.

Sarah loves to imitate Ariel from the Little Mermaid as this gives her a chance to wear a red wig, tail and be a mermaid for a day.

“And as I have hazel eyes, I have to wear blue contact lenses for the Little Mermaid and Elsa from Frozen.”
