Research has finally spoken. The size and shape of one’s butt can actually determine the health conditions of a person. While we all know that fat storage in the body can be unhealthy, it may not entirely be true at all. Fat storage in the hips and buttocks area are not as dangerous in other parts of the body, especially the heart.
According to the research done, the fatty acids that cause heart disease and diabetes, are deliberately kept away by the body from the liver, the heart and the arteries. It was also mentioned in the research that hormones play a big part in women as their hormones help in distributing the fats in the right places, the buttocks included.
Studies show that women with bigger buttocks have lower cholesterol levels and are able to produce more hormones that helps metabolize sugar in the body. Those with bigger butts have excess Omega-3 fats that help catalyze brain development. From the medical studies done, we give you the four most common butt shapes and what they say about your overall health:
1. Square Shaped Buttocks
Square shaped buttocks people are said to have weak glutes and have fat storage around the love handles. Daily core exercises should fix the problem with weak glutes.
2. Circle or Round Shaped Buttocks
This is the ideal buttocks shape of a healthy person. Fat may also be stored in the upper area of the glutes but this can be easily remedied by exercise.
3. Heart-shaped buttocks
Women aspire to have heart shaped buttocks, as its shape is a full bottom and tapers at the top. As one ages, this shape tends to lose fat faster compared to the others and the fat moves to the middle section. It is indicative that this shape is not the best for good health, so it would be a good idea to lose the fat early on.
4. V-shaped buttocks
Older women are more likely to have this shape due to the lack of estrogen and age as well. You will need to start exercising and losing the unwanted fat in other areas of your body as fat from the V-shaped buttocks usually transfer to upper parts of the body.
The trick to getting the ideal bottoms shape and being healthy overall is to exercise regularly, especially in the glutes area, and maintain good diet.

This is the Endearing Story of How a Man Saved an Injured 3-Month Old Pelican
Faith in humanity restored.
Tanzania is known as one of the African countries the "big five" game animals call home. The vast wilderness is home to elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, and rhinos, and this thriving tourism industry contributes to the country's economy.
However, the country's rich biodiversity is not limited to these popular game animals; the country's plethora of national parks and protected areas is home to other animals too, including the great white pelican.
In 2013, Jeffrey Condon, tourist center manager in the area of Lake Tanganyika, came across an injured pelican. The water bird was just a few months old and was injured and probably separated from its flock due to a violent storm that passed through the area. Condon took the pelican in and taught it how to fish.
Watch the heartwarming video below of how Condon helped the pelican fly and fish on its own:...
