Boy Almost Lost His Penis in Swimming Trunks Horror

A little boy's willy got stuck in his swimming shorts and needed medical help.

A five-year-old boy named Jack Collins almost lost his penis after it got caught in the mesh lining of his swimming trunks purchased at Tesco.

Jack’s mom Laura from Glossop, Derbyshire recounted the horrific moment her son’s genitals was “strangled” by the netting in his swimming shorts. According to Laura, Jack was left in agony and let out a stomach-churning scream after she attempted to take off his trunks.

“I knew it was caught in some way but I couldn’t figure it out and he was very distressed. I carried him to reception and asked for some scissors. When I explained what had happened they said I needed to get him straight to a doctor,” Laura told Mirror UK.

“He let out the most gut-wrenching scream I’ve ever heard; it’s a sound no mother should ever hear.”

Laura had to bring him to a health centre but unfortunately, the staff were not able to remove the netting. This left Laura without a choice but to rush Jack to a hospital where the latter was given a local local anaesthetic.

Luckily, doctors were able to cut him free.

Initially, the doctors worried that Jack’s urinary tract might have been injured because of the pressure of the netting. But after a while, Jack was able to urinate confirming he’s free from any permanent damage.

Because of the terrifying incident, Laura is on a mission to warn other parents to remove the netting from swimming shorts.

“I never imagined something like this could happen but I want all parents to make sure they remove the netting from swimming shorts.”

“When I compare the holes in the netting of those swimming shorts to other ones Jack has, there is a difference; only a small difference but there is a difference.”

Moreover, Laura had informed Tesco about the incident. The company has apologized and is currently conducting an investigation on the said swimming trunks.

“Whilst we will be conducting an investigation with the manufacturer we would like to assure our customers that all our swimshorts meet the industry standards required for the mesh lining,” Tesco’s spokesperson said.
