Barely 15 Years Old, This Child Prodigy Has Sold $7 Million Worth of Art

Most impressive! You'd think her paintings were done by old masters!

Autumn de Forest is fast becoming a popular name among art enthusiasts across the globe. Sure, she is barely 15 years old but has had the chance to showcase her talent and skill to the world. Her artworks have been compared to the likes of art masters Warhol, Picasso and Pollock.

Autumn during her much younger years doing what she loves most – painting.

At the very tender age of 5, Autumn has started showing signs of greatness. She began painting at this age. She stepped into an art studio and the rest, as they say, is history. She has since created so many pieces that are just so inspiring.

This painting, entitled ‘Skulls’, was created by Autumn when she was only six years old.

Autumn’s dad discovered his child’s love for painting when he was working on staining wood in their garage. Little Autumn asked if she could help and he let her. He went on finishing his work and by the time he checked on her, Autumn created something close to or “like a Rothko”.

Autumn loves Taylor Swift, hanging out with other kids, and reading.

By the age of 14, Autumn had her works compared and even showcased alongside the great masters of both modern and contemporary art.

Dubbed ‘EarlyRiser.Man’, Autumn created this at the age of 10. You’d think it was a Picasso masterpiece.

Dr. Joanne Ruthsatz named Autumn an “advanced child prodigy”. Dr. Ruthsatz is an authority in the study of child prodigies.

It’s quite a crazy concept that there are child prodigies but to have an “advanced child prodigy” is even crazier! This kid is just amazing!

Autumn’s pet dog Ginger is a constant companion at home when she’s painting.

She had sold her first painting for $1,000 when she was younger. Now she devotes her time to doing charitable work around their area and even Habitat for Humanity and the Red Cross. Even if Autumn is homeschooled, she has shown intelligence and a great rapport with other people.

The de Forest home features a lot of Autumn’s masterpieces.

Her talent comes from a long line of artists in the family: Roy de Forest, George de Forest Brush and Lockwood de Forest. In 2015, she was invited by the Vatican where she received the prestigious International Giuseppe Sciacca Award for Arts and Culture and even had the chance to have a private audience with the Pope.

Autumn’s bedroom is all things girly and British and artsy.

You might think that this prodigy is weird but she’s also pretty normal like any other kids her age. She loves Taylor Swift, her pet dog Ginger and has tons of energy.

Her parents must be so proud.
