Attention Females, Drinking Coffee Can Make Your Breasts Smaller!

Good and bad news ladies, science says drinking at least three cups of coffee a day can shrink your breasts!

Do you love coffee? Do you drink cups of coffee more than three times a day? If yes, then it might be good and bad news for your boobies, ladies. A study from Swedish researchers showed that there is a clear link between caffeine consumption and breast size reduction.

The finding was accidental. Swedish oncologist, lead researcher and Lund University professor, Helena Jernstroem was actually studying risk factors and genetics for breast cancer. Coffee consumption is one of the things they asked the 300 women in the study, alongside taking in their breast measurements.

Maybe we should track our breast size over the years of drinking coffee hmmm?

Maybe we should track our breast size over the years of drinking coffee hmmm?

The researchers found that at least 3 cups of coffee a day can induce breast shrinkage. The more cups being drunk, the higher the breast shrinkage too. However, it’s not like it will come to a point where one’s boobs will disappear completely. According to Jernstroem,

Coffee-drinking women do not have to worry their breasts will shrink to nothing overnight. They will get smaller, but the breasts aren’t just going to disappear.”

However, the actual number of inches or centimeters being decreased with every cup of coffee is not yet certain. Furthermore, it is not yet determined how much is the maximum percentage of breast size reduction it can induce. One cannot predict as well that just because a woman’s breast is small is that they are already coffee-drinkers. There are other factors to breast size such as genes.

So is there a good side to having smaller breasts because of coffee? Actually, yes. It decreases a woman’s risk to develop breast cancer. It is known that larger breasts, and therefore more mammary glands, have higher surface area for cancer cells to develop. Coffee can be a protective factor too against cancer. Caffeine is a strong antioxidant that can control the formation of harmful radicals in the body. It also interacts positively with estrogen, the female hormones connected to breast cancer.

But one thing is for certain, whether it makes breasts smaller or protects against breast cancer, nothing can take away a coffeeholic’s love for it, right? Now excuse me as I grab myself some hot steaming coffee 😉

Agree or disagree?

With tragic mass shootings happening in the United States at an alarming rate, some American politicians have their fingers pointing towards one direction. They believe that violent video games are to blame for these horrific tragedies.

Florida lawmaker Jared Moskowitz, for example, commented about the Broward County, Florida high school shooting, describing 19-year-old gunman Nikolas Cruz as someone who “was prepared to pick off students like it’s a video game.” 17 lives were lost because of the attack.
